    Default new limit ev chart

We added a new limit ev chart. Here is the chart itself: http://www.flopturnriver.com/poker-c...-holdem-ev.jpg

The chart is also on the bottom of http://www.flopturnriver.com/poker-s...em-hands-19157 and it has more info about the data shown in the chart.

What do you think of it? The ev data is from limit but we show where nl hand groupings fit into the mix. It is interesting that hands like 22 and 33 play differently in nl and limit.

Yeah, it is easier to get maximum value out of 22 or 33 in nl against a hand like AK or AQ when the board is A3X or A2X.

We added cutoff and hijack charts on the bottom. It is interesting that JT doesn't have +ev in limit hold'em in this data set from the hijack.

We added small blind, big blind, utg and utg+1 charts. It is interesting how few hands do well in the small blind seat. I guess that is part of the reason why they say not to play sheriff from the small blind.
