The cases on Judge Judy and similar shows are not like real court. Essentially, they're paying you to drop your case. Suppose your TV is worth $1,000 and the defendant countersues for the $300 cable bill. The network will pool $1,300 which will be awarded to the winner. Or the "judge" could award you $1,000 and the defendant $300, or if she throws the case out you get $650 each.
Since Judge Judy doesn't have any real authority, she can't order anybody to give your TV back. You may want to consider how you would feel about letting them keep your TV, but being compensated for it by the network.
And I watch porno too and I'm not particularly ashamed of it, but I wouldn't want to go on television and discuss it. However, in this situation I would probably do it. I hear that in real small claims court that it's a pain in the ass to collect your settlement when you win (unless you sue a business).
