Progressive boutnies will play differently as the game gets deep. What might be the wrong side of marginal in a regular format could be the right side of marginal if villain has a large bounty on his head.
Also, taking on crippled villains with junk is not gonna be a bad move either. I limped Q4o on the button yesterday because I crippled the CO the hand before, leaving him less than a blind. Folded flop ofc, but his bounty made it worth a single big blind after binking a huge pot the hand before.
I treat regular bounty games the same as non-bounty games though. The goal remains the same - final table. If I get there, I'm obviously gonna take down a lot of bounties on the way. Playing for bounties is not a good idea imo, it encourages spew.
