Are you playing FR or 6-max?
You're too tight, either way.

Aim to get that close to 75%.
At FR, a TAG style would have you closer to
VPIP: 19
PFR: 16
3bet: 5
At 6-max, it's even wider.
You should be really attacking when you're on the CO and BTN, and playing somewhat conservatively in MP and very conservatively in EP. Being OOP post flop makes most hands unplayable. Being IP post flop is where most of the money is.

I'm guessing this is "steal" and "fold to steal"
You should be stealing with a range of 40 to 45% from BTN. Something like 25 to 30% from CO/SB.
You're folding to steals too often. The thieves are making plenty off of you PRE. (Even if you're making it back post, you can be doing better pre w/o losing that post-flop advantage.)

2.) My EV as you can see It was a rollercoaster and I was pretty sad when I was once loosing 17 USD...
Dude, you have 9 cars? I'd say you're doing quite well for 2NL.
(I don't know what 'car' means, in this context.)
Seriously, though. I don't know what all of these stats are, but they're telling a story of too much folding and calling and not enough aggression.
