I for one am impressed that people who are running bad are actually damn well doing something about it rather than whining about variance and somehow hoping that doing the same thing over and over will start resulting in different outcomes. Props to both AFChung and bsphan for getting off their butts and trying to work it out.

obv in the last 2-3 days I've come to realize that I can learn a huge amount still in poker and there's really no point in taking shots at higher limits whatsoever until I can be one of the best players at 1/2 at the site I play. That in itself will take some time. I'm fairly sure that if I get to that stage I can probably average close to $80 or $100/hour incl rb/bonus at just 1/2 which seems pretty awesome to me.

As stated, my redcurve is alarming and thats one reasong why i'm looking to improve. I think i'll fork out the $400 to get a membership at bluefire. WHICH instructors do you guys like there?

here's the month so far, $2460 behind EV doesn't help. But has nothing to do with the fact that I need to improve a lot.

I would start at the start and watch every single video by JMan, Samoleus and Giggy (although personally I didnt get much out of JMans HU matches especially his Eastgate ones, but Griffey seemed to think they were worthwhile for him).

what about CardRunners, who would you recommend besides CTS/Raptor?

I know the HU videos from internetpokers are informative, but i prefer 6max videos.

I kinda like the nutedawg leakfinder series because they tend to be regs at the lower stakes who need some help.

DC is a pretty solid training site. The forums over there pretty much suck balls, but there is a very wide selection of videos. BFP is relatively "new" compared to the other sites, and the video selection is a bit smaller, which kinda sucks. I really want to see some more Jman vids, because I loved them, but they only have like 4-5 people making vids, whereas at DC there is like 20 or more.

Also DC allow month by month payment which is pretty cheap compared to BFP. If you go with DC, looking into the DogisHeads Up, Pr1nnyRaiding, Late Night Coaching, Hand Readers, Ghost, 2 Months 2 Million, plus many more series. They are all pretty good for 6m/HU.

got cr like two years ago, canceled over a year ago, never look at credit card statements till a few months ago realized theyd been pulling money out every month since cancellation, i let them know, they say its cancelled but they'll look into it, i dont hear anything back, i end up emailing them several times, they either dont respond or say they'll fix it but dont. so i just got a new card instead.

stox is owned or run by same company or somethign i think, but even if not, i tried cancelling membership with them, they simply just dont respond, i finally had to cancel my paypal in order to get them to stop pulling funds out

besides, they both suck for videos anyways.
