I dont know anything other than that villian is loose preflop. I figure I'm probably WA/WB here on the turn, thats why I checked behind. Bad?

The trip club is a tough spot. Besides the clubs, there really isn't much else he could have. I would check also and since he couldve made this play with a 7 and figure you didnt have a Q since the board paired queens, I would call the river.
