Default TT, overpair versus TAG flop raise

Was a bit confused why this TAG (20/15/4) was being labelled a calling station by my HUD.
The answer apparently is because in my main db he's got 99 hands and called a fair bit whereas in my mined db where I have 700+ hands he's rated a TAG and it was the main db that determined his icon. GG HUDS, glad I don't rely on that icon at all.

    Anyway, fairly taggy villain.

    Party Poker
    No Limit Holdem Ring game
    Blinds: $0.25/$0.50
    6 players
    Converter

    Stack sizes:
    Hero: $48.75
    UTG+1: $103.38
    CO: $52.69
    Button: $56.58
    SB: $53.84
    BB: $53.22

    Pre-flop: (6 players) Hero is UTG with T T
Hero raises to $2, UTG+1 calls, CO folds, Button calls, 2 folds.

    Flop: 6 8 9 ($6.75, 3 players)
Hero bets $5, UTG+1 raises to $12, Button folds, Hero ??
    Blah blah Op Blah blah

I tend to call here and check out a turn card.

But, we're out of position, our opponent is probably gonna take it away from us on the turn, and pretty much only better hands call if we shove..

    We're fucked basically.

    Good line anyone?

Does he tend to play back at cbets? If he doesnt do it too much then I just fold.
