villain is rebuyfoolAA and i have him at 18/15. cant remember AF, but im pretty sure hes around 3, and this is over about 400 hands. i just added raise cbet% to my HUD, and it said 40% for him. im positive i was looking at the right thing, so based on this and the fact that the board is fairly drawy, i shove. i figure he calls with any combo draws, folds any air which i wont get any value from on later streets anyways.

I like the shove here. Mostly because we have the Ad, so if a third diamond comes on the turn, I won't be able to avoid stacking off anyway.

nh. I added raise cbet% to my HUD after seeing ISF advocate it in another thread. I havent played any sessions with it added yet but this seems like the perfect hand for it.

If his raise cbet % is really 40 he is either way to aggro or no one is really cbetting into him that much in the 400 hands you have.

just fyi on raise cont bet (i may be wrong)

0-10% very tight. Doesn't really raise draws unless they are monsters.
10%-16% raises draws usually, can be raising gutshots and air
+16% very very aggressive

Although these numbers don't become accurate until there's a pretty big sample.

It was 40% probably because of a very small sample size.

400 hands is small. granted i just added the stat, so i only had about 40 hands with the stat up, but that doesnt make a difference right? HUD takes all 400 hands right?

idk sometimes it really glitchy, but you also have to take into consideration that if someone isn't cold calling pre than he's not going to get a lot of shots at check raising.

way more value in calling flop raise and then shoving over any turn bet here since he's bluffing so often on this flop and you have
when the vpip's are high and the value bets are like razors, who can be safe?

Maybe in position, but since we're OOP shoving seems best.

More than 40% of flops miss the PFR hand. In position against a player who is known to frequently cbet, having a 40% cbet raise doesn't seem like a bad strat.
