villian is a 30/8, a little aggressive. I thought this was a good flop for a c/r, should i follow through on the turn? Does picking up a draw make a difference?

I think this depends very much on your image, and a read that villain can lay down TP.

I also have trouble in these situations, when to follow trough and when not.

It seems like it'd be dumb to threebet pre here so i guess a call is good.
I probably don't reraise the flop here without knowing opponents folding tendencies or having some idea of it.

I'd like this better against a good player with like 20/15 stats, seems like an unknown with 30/8 stats is going to have a big pair or a king too often for this to be profitable and you'll probably have to fire multiple barrels to move him off of QQ or JJ.

If he has a tight stealing range like 88+,A9s+,KTs+,QTs+,AJo+,KQo (10%) then he has a better pair than you more than half the time here.
