Mods can feel free to move this to MTT or STT forum because it's the heads-up match of a double shootout, but I'm posting it here because I think people here are probably more interested in heads-up play and have more experience with it than the people in those forums.

This is a $50 MTT and my opponent seems solid with pretty decent stats on PokerDB. We'd been playing heads-up for about 20 minutes. About 50% of hands have been raised pre-flop and most of them have been getting taken down on the flop without much resistance. The only big pots that have been played are

1) he raised preflop, I called in position and floated him on the flop with a gutshot, and he folded to a big bet from me on the turn
2) I three-bet allin on the flop with an OESFD and he folded

Both of us have occasionally fired second barrels on the turn, he probably slightly more often than me. I'm trying to not be a nit and get the hang of what's a value bet heads up and what's a bluff.

Your line looks kinda fishy here. He has something ... probably not much more than a pair, but I suppose he can call your flop raise with 2 overs.

I am just concerned that he is going to call you with anything that can call your flop c/r and you are likely beat. You could have him out kicked though, or he could be on a decent draw.

It's going to be hard to ever fold even a mediocre hand HU with the pot = your remaining stack.

I think even heads up your representing more than what you have based on your read and notes on the game so far.

Then again I haven't played any heads up other than micro levels, so take it fwiw.

34bb deep. I can't see you get away from this. My only thought is perhaps to c/r bigger on the flop to avoid a difficult turn decision.

Another option is to lead the turn weak (900) to induce the obvious bluff.
