I had been really Laggy, he was a descent solid player.

this is a hard one but i don't see a solid guy risking that much to win that little against a lag who could have anything. his line is strange though...it does look like he's trying too hard to come over the top of you. i'm not sure to be honest. i'd fold and move on.

If it was raised preflop maybe, solid opponents know not to go broke in an unraised pot. His opponent might be gunning for him, but I doubt that he would choose this spot to make a play. If the opponent has trips then he will most likely have a better kicker than a J. In my experience if you are playing very LAG then most players look to make hands and get you to pay them off, not bluff you.
