Villain is 61/17/1.8 over 30 hands FWIW. So no real history.

On the turn he deffo has a 9, but it could be any 9. Like the river raise? or should I just call. Now I raised EZ call or fold?

I just felt most the time he had a weaker 9, but then when he pushes I don't know

the weakest 9 he has is probably a 6, and he probably limps 9 6 through 9 A because he is a donkey. i would b/c there and as played fold.
