This is one of the situations, where i don´t know what to do. I don´t feel confident with 3betting an easily dominated hand oop, especially with two caller already in the pot. when the flop hits, what to do? if we pot the flop we get called by various draws and stronger aces and don´t know where we at and with more than one caller we´re playing a big pot on the turn. checking leads to giving either a free card or being pushed off our hand when villian(s) show strength, weak betting offers great odds to draw...
is it possible to do a ev-calculation for these spots?
advices or comments highly appreciated

I don't know why 3betting here, with 3 people already in the pot, even crossed your mind.
IMO, with a hand like A9s OOP you are hoping to hit 2-pr or a FD on the flop.
This is a terrible flop for your hand 4-way, so either throw out a probe bet and try to take it down right now, or check and hope everyone else checks then you can try to take it down on a blank turn card.
Basically, you do not want to invest very much $$$ at all in this pot; get to showdown as cheaply as possible is the goal.

I usually check-call a reasonable bet on the flop then reevaluate the turn or lead turn and fold to a raise (definitely prefer 1st option).
As scary as this board may seem, you should be relatively confident that your hand is best right now. Domination is unlikely (about as likely as flopping a set) and only really scary hands out there are KQ, J10, 101010, JJJ and big draws.
edit : Ok... so maybe those are a lot of hands to worry about... I somehow thought it was 3-way to the flop. On such a draw heavy board I think the best line if the player betting is aggro is to call flop and lead a blank turn that doesn't complete any of the semi-bluffing hands. Then you can check-call a blank river.
If you see a bet and a call after checking just pitching it is prob best.
