Button is a 76/16 calling station but I don't think he'd call pre with a 2 other than with A2. Just stick the rest in?

i think id bet 30, no reason to make a big bet on turn when you have time to put it in on the river. the board is perfect for this.

I agree with Gabe. I wouldn't want to fold out weaker kings with a push. You're way ahead here so much of the time so I'd 1/2 pot turn and push any river.

Results:
Hero has Ks Ah (two pair, aces and kings).
CO has Ts Qh (one pair, twos).
Button has Kd Jd (two pair, kings and twos).
Outcome: Hero wins $213.70. Button wins $32.85.
