Reads: Both players are loose passive PF. Haven't played with them long enough for any post-flop reads. Both are somewhat shortstacked.

Full Tilt Poker
No Limit Holdem Ring game
Blinds: $1/$2
6 players
Converter

Stack sizes:
UTG: $77.20
UTG+1: $194.90
CO: $223.15
Button: $177
SB: $117.40
Hero: $200

Pre-flop: (6 players) Hero is BB with J A
UTG raises to $4, 3 folds, SB calls, Hero calls.

Flop: 5 J 6 ($12, 3 players)
SB checks, Hero bets $8, UTG calls, SB raises to $16, Hero

Fold to min c/r especially on such a dry board?

Ugh, PF I dont like. At least post some reads or something, but I typically would like to 3bet or fold here, calling isnt that great and if I call I dont really like leading on a dry flop. I really dont like folding this flop [i also dont like betting though], just call and go from there.

u can call because the the bfd and two pair outs if u want, but the reverse implied odds probably cancel out the implied odds ev of chasing A's and J's

I'd call on the flop and try to showdown without destacking. i think enough of the time he's just seeing where he's at.
edit- didnt notice utg cold called. hmm, i still would call but would be more cautious.
