Gotta fold here right?

Call and re-eval the river. If he pushes then he prob has a set or hit his gutshot...if he checks or weak bets then you are prob goot.

I don't think that's right tbh. If we call/raise here we have to do so because we think we're likely ahead. I doubt many 10nl players raise the turn with a gutshot or a flush draw, so we're realistically looking at a high king, two pair or a set (or that straight). Whether we bet or fold here depends on our reads. I think it's not too hard to argue that, against an unknown/average 10nl player, this is a fold.

yeah, i would say most likely villain just caught a 3 outer on you, or possibly the gut shot, because players at 10NL just seem to love their gut shots.

your bet sizing is a little small (i like $0.80 on flop, $1.70 on turn)

Villain probably has a hand like K-8 or 4-4. Most 10NL opponents are going to continue to be passive with TPWK or a flush draw, so i think you can rule those hands out of his range.
