Not easy at all indeed.
CO doesn't have KK+ often here, I would put him on QQ/JJ/22/KQ/QT/AQ/AK (maybe also AJ due to crazy VPIP player) and FD.
Crazy VPIP player can have anything from 2pairs/TP/FD/OESD/gutshot ...
With that much money already in the pot, I would push here.

Yes. Allin. Not at all worried about SB, CO call is a bit stronger than SB lead.
$60 and Allin any turn may be another option?
