Villain is an absolute maniac/calling station/nit/donk, goes all in on flop with random 2-low card hands, calls allins with anything etc.

Villain 2 is also aggressive, likes to "bluff" and show his 63o off to the table, but is generally not insane like Villain.

Do I need to go all the way with this, or should I have dropped it earlier?

I think villian 2 has you beat and villian one coiuld have anything.

You are getting 3:1 on the river and as far as I can see you need to improve. I think a fold is the way to go.

I'm pretty sure it's RR or fold on the flop. Your draw is very transparent, so calling there (assuming you don't have the best hand already, which looks evident) is a mistake. I would rather get it all in here with two cards to come with a nice draw. Now you have to fold, possibly drawing dead to a chop.

How is that possible? To be a nit (super-tight) and also a maniac and calling station?
Sarcasm is your body's natural defense against stupidity

Sorry, definitely not nit. Misused the term. Basically he is horribly loose

I'd fold, because it's an awkward spot with villian sandwiched in the middle, but it's kind of close, and I might change my mind if I had a better read. Don't forget, even fish catch cards.

I also might RR pf to isolate the bad player.
