Villian is 40/10. I have some kind of psychological problem or something. I found myself physically unable to lay this down.

You know I can actually understand why you had difficulty laying this down. It's difficult to imagine him having a 7, and if he did, would he really play it that strong? Maybe he had 99 for a miracle?

Then again, do you really want to bet $100 that he doesn't have a 7 (or AK?)

I don't mind the flop call. It's possible he check-raises with Ax (picking off the cbet). The turn push seems like 7x too often though to call.

i can see why and i do it too, but isnt it a touch dangerous with two hearts on board? (i recognise we have position to evaluate the turn)

I dont mind the flop call but the turn is an obv fold.
