Villain is 25/16/2.6 with 3Bet of 2.6 Showdown stats 22/68. 433 hands.
He is one of the stronger regs on the site. I have no history with him that stands out.
He took a lil while to call the raise pre but nothing out of the ordinary with the flop call. I thought his range would be kinda strong in this spot. My flop cbet was 2/3's and so was the turn. bet bet shove line.

Button ($100.42)
SB ($73.38)
BB ($43.65)
Hero (UTG) ($50.45)
MP ($49.43)
CO ($1.06)
Preflop: Hero is UTG with Kd, Kh
Hero bets $1.75, MP calls $1.75, CO calls $1.06 (All-In), Button calls $1.75, 2 folds
Flop: ($7.06) 4s,5h 7h, (4 players, 1 all-in)
Hero bets $5.56, MP calls $5.56, 1 fold
Turn: 9c ($18.18) (3 players, 1 all-in)
Hero bets $11.59, MP raises $42.12 (All-In), Hero ???
Villain is a 34/12/1.7 with 0 3Bet. Showdown stats 22/67 after 179 Hands.
He seemed like a bit of a noob. Weekend player type of guy. I was quite active and playing a 24/22 style with 3+ Aggression.
Was a frustrating flop coz there are no real draws except the OE's and i think there is a reasonable chance he takes a similar line with JJ, QQ, Q10+. At the same time i hate playing for stacks with one pair against fish.

hand 1, i'd fold and probably not put much thought into it. kinda surprised you say he's a strong reg with those stats over 400+ hands 'cause they kinda look like the bumhuntin' type (especially considering you don't have history with him)
hand 2, reads are pretty important here. the guy's a 34/12 fish and has been sitting directly to your left for 179 hands, you'd think you'd have SOME kind of guess about how he generally reacts to cbets and what a raise might say about his range. we can't really help you with that aspect of the hand.
that being said, it's tough for me to fold here because he's doing this with so many hands that we dominate (unlike in hand 1)
