100NL 100bb effective stacks.
A 2p2er type TAG opens for 4BB in middle position. 1 limp caller.
Flop is 247 with 2 hearts.

Caller checks, TAG cbets 3/4 pot ($8), Caller raises to $24, TAG pushes over the top.

How often does the TAG not have overcards + FD?
gabe: Ive dropped almost 100k in the past 35 days.

I would have thought something like

PPs, AJ, maybe AT, maybe KQ with the occasional SC or KT type hand.

I think a tag does this with TT+, 56, a set obv. So I don't think he has overs + FD every time by any means.

Also, caller may well have a flush draw - if so then obv there is less chance the tag will also.

His range is a lot more than a FD and overs. I'd say at least 80% of the time he doesn't have that.
Check out the new blog!!!

hmmm I usually find the 2p2 kind of TAG a little nitty with medium overpair?

I certainly havnt noticed TT pushing over this raise. Dont these kind of players tend to go into cheap showdown mode with TT?
I see alot of people on 2p2 suggesting calling and reevaluating the turn in these kinds of spots with TT/JJ

Ill agree AA/KK is certainly a possibility though.
