-UTG open is around 24/21, and has a pretty high 3bet and 4bet stat. He's been pretty loose in the past, but I'm getting owned by him today as he keeps having hands when we get allin pre. So far I've shown two very spew hands vs him allin pre, KJs vs his AA and A2s deep vs his KK
-SB is a pretty big squeezer, and can definitely be pretty wide here, despite the UTG open
-my read is that UTG would 4-bet most of his strong range here, given his propensity to 4bet, so I don't think he's ever that strong
-is it best to call here IP or shove given the dead money in the pot, and our good equity vs most calling ranges
$2/$5 No Limit Holdem

Stacks:
UTG ($1843.15)
CO ($470.00)
Hero ($515.00)
SB ($985.00)
BB ($912.90)
Pre-flop: ($7, 5 players) Hero is BTN
UTG raises to $17, 1 fold, Hero calls $17, SB raises to $50, 1 fold, UTG calls $33, Hero call or shoves...

seems like easy call, dunno why you want to shove if youve shown down A2s and KJ, seems like one of them would be happy to call with whatever they have.

My bankroll is the amount of money I would spend or lose before I got a job. It is calculated by adding my net worth to whatever I can borrow.

I don't think its too bad of a shove, your repping AK/JJ, and if neither are beating that they'll fold im sure. Although I like just calling we do have ultimate pos.

are you thinking that because of history they will think you have it this time? I tend to think you just get less credit and snapped light and you have no blockers.

Are you really repping that tight a range when you already showed down KJ and A2s.

Well so far all my battles with UTG have been on a different table, where he's in the blinds to my button. So its probably somewhat of a different dynamic.
Though most of the comments are probably right, that I should still save a shove for a better image.
If we plan on getting it in preflop, do we prefer a shove, or a 4bet to like $175. In terms of getting the most folds?

Different spots. I'm pretty sure your going to get a lot of folds from AQ here. Although yeah i dont shove i just call.
