Villain is 28/21 and seems solid. I don't see any other hand than a draw taking this line. With dead money, do I call?

Fold. I think TPTK no good. I think at best you are up against a strong draw.

I'd rather take a stab with 1/2 bet. If he is scared of spades, you will take it down.

Easy fold on the flop.

This is not a very good flop for your hand. I might check behind on the flop and hope the board blanks, which would effectively improve your hand. You also diffuse a possible check-raise play by the small blind.

If you do bet, I don't think you should risk a pot-sized bet. I'd probably bet about half the pot and hope he has air.

This looks like a standard fold, if he checks the flop I bet the guy fires they are very aggressive.
