Hero will have a tight image to villain. Villain plays lots of smallball it seems and is a competent player, but hasnt played a big pot yet.
Comments?

I can't decide which is worse, 3-betting the flop, or calling the push.

Holy Smokes. He has AA or a nest of Kings. Somebody call a doctor. I don't care if you won the hand. You played it badly.
It's not what's inside that counts. Have you seen what's inside?
Internal organs. And they're getting uglier by the minute.

I can't agree more. This is 100 NL nit game, where they bluff like never and call way too much to bluff.

Maybe it's not quite as bad... I said I coudn't decide. 3 betting is bad because it turns your hand into a bluff.

If you're gonna look somebody up this is a good board to do it on.

I'd doubt you're ahead though... Flipping at best is my guess (I have a hunch you were villain...)
when the vpip's are high and the value bets are like razors, who can be safe?

yeah, i flipped up 62diamonds and opp went on super tilt. I thought he had tp and a flush draw hence his overplay. Else i thought perhaps my push was spewy with only a 6 kicker and wanted to look at opps play first.

nh sir!

Though, top pair AND flush draw isn't possible on this board... so villain is just a spew factory =) I suppose he could have had hearts, for the backdoor, though thats really no better either.
