Villian is decent tag, and i've been playing pretty tight for about n hour. I thought it was a good time to try a move.....some thoughts? Would you guys fold tens.?

I was certain he was trying to steal this one, because i checked behind on the turn. (been playing pretty tight.)

If he's leading into after you raised preflop, he's got something. Most of these guys will call with weak hands, but are usually too weak to bet much with air (unless it happens to be a habitual bluffer, but that doesn't fit your read). And he's almost never folding an overpair here.

It looks like your read was right, but I'd tend to agree w/ Trip here too. Bet the turn. That is unless my read wasn't just that this was a steal attempt with air, but I had him read well enough to know that he WILL make a steal attempt with air and fold to a raise. I'm not sure if I've run into that much before, so I'm betting the turn.

The flop raise is fine, as is the the cbet. Fold to his raise. The fact that it's a minraise doesn't much difference to me here. Most villains at 10nl are no good at bet sizing, so his check/raise shows he has something. Of course I love that he only minraised if I had a draw here as he's not giving you bad odds, but I don't think overcards and backdoor straight draw is enough here to continue.
