Where is the preflop action? He bets 2$ on the flop and all i see is 35 cents in the pot, thats not slowlpaying. The pocket 3's re raising on a 2 over card board, then sucking out on the turn is unfortunate (and stupid) but not the result of slow play... I think Zel played his 2 pair pretty aggressively given the resistance.

I think you are probably unlucky here. STill i'd take the lesson NOT to slow play two pair. And i think this is a good strategy on any board.
You didnt bet him out on the flop imo so he hits a miracle card on the turn (yes it wont happen very often but....dont take the risk)
Yes he shouldnt call the flop bet but he did. but after that your screwed, i'd lose my stack here i think by pushing the turn
I'd bet strongly with two pair to try and take any tp/gk with me then drop the hammer onthe river.
Still his flop call sucks.
