Background - This is my first orbit at the table so I don't have any reads/stats/table image. Villain (the BB in the HH) already seems a kind of weird player, the one hand I've seen play in he raised UTG, SB calls. Flop came TTx and Villain min-bets , SB calls. The turn was a blank, and Villain overbets $15 into a pot of ~$10. The hand wasn't shown down so I've no what the overbet meant, but I guess having seen him overbet before makes my hand more likely to be good?

Party Poker No-Limit Hold'em, $ BB (5 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: FlopTurnRiver)

Hero ($100)
Button ($21.50)
SB ($89.55)
BB ($99.80)
UTG ($96.50)

Preflop: Hero is MP with 7, 7. SB posts a blind of $0.50.
1 fold, Hero raises to $4, 2 folds, BB calls $3.

Flop: ($8.50) 7, 9, 8 (2 players)
BB bets $12, Hero calls $12.

Turn: ($32.50) 3 (2 players)
BB checks, Hero.......?

I'll post the rest in a while, but I wanted to focus on the first streets because I felt kind of lost.

raise the flop.. hand is way too strong to just call here on a 3-straight board. As played, I'd probably just jam the turn. 25 or 30 should do the trick.
