The one pair stats especially scare me, should this be the case? Should I be losing money with one pair? should i be losing this much? 13k hands.

Maybe.

Over 33k hands this month.

If thats 100 NL stats you're running pretty godly. Although comparatively, if you had the number of hands I did you're looking similar numbers. However, 2200 instances in 13000 hands compared to 10000 instances for 33000 hands will definately skew the numbers.

These numbers are going to be skewed as well because I think the db for pokerstars only includes hands that were not folded whereas party includes both. So a more accurate number is if you actually check the box that is in the upper right corner.

I have always had losing numbers for those even when running hot, so no I wouldn't worry about it.

I'm pretty sure it's cuz PT counts stuff like flopping bottom pair from the BB, but maybe it's something else too, not totally sure.

I don't think so, these are also the one pair hands you would've had but folded preflop, bottom and middle pair,... My stats for one pair hands are worse over 11K hands, I lost $ 1.300 with them at 100NL. Also earning more then $ 2000 over 13K hands is pretty good IMO, nice job.
