Maybe I am becoming a nit or something.

Villain has good stats (18/14) over 100-ish hands and hasn't done anything out of line so far.

Come on Gabe, with those odds he only has to be right 1 out 2.4 to break even....

To me it looks like he strung you along with a boat. I doubt he was bluffing or has a worse flush.

From the size of his turn bet it looks like he wanted to price you in to call and hit your flush. It REALLY looks like it's more likely he has a boat than a lower flush. Lower flush is possible, but I'd say 75/25 in terms of boat to flush ratio. Would be a good fold.
Family Cruise IMO

It's more like $330 to call into a $575 pot. Only $66 per player went in prior to the river, and:

Seat 5: HERO ( $395.80 )
Seat 4: VILLAIN__ ( $505.70 )

lol at my "pot odds" on river

either way... just want to confirm that this looks like a boat from a good player like 90% of the time....

unless i were getting some ridiculous price like 3 or 4-1 just want to confirm that this is another "puke and fold" situation and that I'm not losing value against a seemingly solid opponent.
when the vpip's are high and the value bets are like razors, who can be safe?

Raise it up on an earlier street. Since you're not drawing to the nuts, folding to a 3-bet isn't a problem.
