Villain is a pretty nitty 11/10/3 and has played zero all in pots in the 65 prior hands I have with him. Comments welcome on all streets but I'm mainly interested in the river.

Full Tilt No-Limit Hold'em, $0.50 BB (5 handed) Full-Tilt Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: FlopTurnRiver)

SB ($80.10)
Hero ($50)
UTG ($117.90)
MP ($17.50)
Button ($69.10)

Preflop: Hero is BB with :Ac: .
1 fold, MP raises to $1, Button calls $1, SB calls $0.75, Hero calls $0.50.

Flop: ($4) :Ah: (4 players)
SB checks, Hero checks, MP checks, Button checks.

Turn: ($4) (4 players)
SB bets $3, Hero calls $3, MP folds, Button folds.

River: ($10) :As: (2 players)
SB bets $76.1 (All-In), Hero...

Final Pot: $10

Just a cooler.

Even if he leads, you're raising and he 3 bets ai if he has you beat. No way you're not getting all your loose change in this pot.

Smithers, use the amnesia ray.
You mean the revolver, sir?
Precisely.

I'd never fold this, because he can be value shoving soooo many worse hands.

It really doesn't look like you have a boat (as he'd expect you to raise two pairs/sets earlier), so this can be a value shove from 6's full, or 7's full or somehow a backdoor flush or something.

nutsinho will become famous soon enough
he flatted out of sb. Id expect him to have 66/77 5 times as often as A6/A7 based on that alone, plus card w/ removal I'd say you're good 90% of the time. Each of those hands makes this play to get value from your obv backdoor flush cause u would bet or raise somewhere if u had aces full now obv!! fistpump call
My bankroll is the amount of money I would spend or lose before I got a job. It is calculated by adding my net worth to whatever I can borrow.

definitely agree this is a fistpump call as he can have worse boats a ton of the time i.e. 66,77, as well as backdoor flushes.
"This sure beats Super Mario Bros.!" is my ejaculation catch phrase.

I don't know about backdoor flushes - making that kind of huge overbet without a boat on that board is a kind of stupid that doesn't resemble his stats. But I do agree with him having sets that turned into boats - those should be most of his hands.

Sadly for me, not this time.

This is a pretty routine re-raise for me pre-flop.

Pre-flop?

Uhh, the turn?

I'd always raise the turn here.

You played it differently. If i'd played it that way, I don't know.

I'd love to hear thoughts on what that min-raise from EP means.

I used to assume it was a donks version of value with a monster (slightly upgraded version of limping UTG), but I'm starting to lean towards a really weak hand instead. Seeing stuff like small PPs, SCs, weak Ax.
Just playing to improve.

For me it doesn't mean much.

Nothing to do with his position; but the minimum bet size.

Whatever he's got it's alreasy been topped up before OP's call. The pot size doesn't much effect odds (just makes the overall pot bigger). Here, I think, there are good odds for joining in the family pot fun.

that doesn't exactly look like a value bet. I don't see how you can fold a boat here ever.

id raise the turn here occaisionally. as played i agree with nuts that its 66/77 way more than a A6/A7. ez call with less than 100bbs.
