Occassionally I meet these guys. Not sure if you get them as often at high levels or not. Did I fall to his level and get lucky, or is this fine?

Btw, Yey! This one got my BR over $300. I've deposited $150, so I've now doubled my deposits (although $50 was a bonus cleared)

What do you do there? Just call his 3-bet and hope to hit on the flop?

In general how do you handle these guys that insist on raising every hand (ok, agreed too early to make that read here, but others have gone that way)?
