villian is not a regular, kinda loose and not very aggro. I haven't seen him do anything out of the ordinary.

betting or checking the river is completely dependent on villain's aggression as is betting or checking the turn. If hes not very aggro I think ur line is fine, providing you fold to his raise as a loose and passive villain isnt bluff raising you on the river and isnt value raising a worse hand. I like your river bet size btw

You can't automatically fold when you bet and get raised here on the river. You have to realize that pot control lines on the turn invite villain bluff ranges into your call value on a board like this, and in a way this protects you against the made hand longterm. In other words calling the end raise will flip air out of the villain hole a surprising amount of time.
You can't automatically assume this range however, because as someone stated, some players just don't bluff raise a river.
