Definitely flat the flop c/r. 22 is just as likely as 77, so you don't have set over set value, and you're crazy deep. I think if you had 77 3-betting is fine although I don't know how often you're bluffing in this spot. You're in position and deep, and you negate those advantages if you just try to get it in on the flop.
