UTG is 18/15/4 over 180 hands, MP is 20/18/8 over the same sample. I have no notes on either and don't remember anything out of the ordinary. Not many hands on the Button, but he seemed fairly bad. I had only been at this table ~30 hands and had already 3bet 3 times and squeezed one other. At first i thought its a call because i've been so active in such a short amount of time, but after seeing MP's backraise i think he anticipated me squeezing a good % of the time, especially if the donkish button calls after him. even though i hate doing it, i can't see how at least one of these wasn't AA/KK. FWIW, if MP folds i snap this because of UTG's retarded 4bet size alone.

thoughts?

Full Tilt No-Limit Hold'em, $2.00 BB (6 handed) - Full-Tilt Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com

saw flop

UTG ($380.15)
MP ($225.40)
CO ($173)
Button ($90.20)
Hero (SB) ($230.30)
BB ($105.60)

Preflop: Hero is SB with Q, Q
UTG raises to $7, MP calls $7, 1 fold, Button calls $7, Hero raises to $35, 1 fold, UTG raises to $121, MP raises to $225.40 (All-In), button folds, Hero folds

Total pot: $286 | Rake: $0

Looks good to me, I don't know if I squeeze quite that big though.

Once they both ship it in folding seems fine. I wouldn't always squeeze here I would flat here some of the time as well.

I can't imagine flatting here, but IF flatting is good then you should be squeezing with your air here 100% of the time.

As played I'd call it off if both players know you're capable of squeezing and are capable of thin stack-offs. UTG can be moving in quite wide here and the flatter can have JJ or AK that didn't see value in 3-betting an UTG raise, but now thinks he can stack off given all the dead money in the pot. If either of them is a nit in big pots then folding might be more prudent, and regardless this would be the bottom of my range for stacking off.

i cant really see not squeezing here. What are the reasons you guys would flat here for?

Mcat, i hadn't played enough hands (payed enough attention?) with any of the villains to pick up on tendencies in big pots of stack off ranges.

Results:

so i fold and UTG goes into the tank for his whole timebank and ends up folding what he said is AQs getting just shy of 4:1 on his call. MP laughs his ass off as he takes down a 2 buyin pot without a showdown and I want to punch myself in the face because i wanted to see MP show his hand down really bad.

I call this off if I was as aggressive as you say. It's a fold otherwise.
