I feel like I make folds to c/r in spots where 1) they expect us to bet often, so it makes sense for them to check a strong hand. 2) they expect us to b/c

In this spot, I don't think either of these things are true. There are very few hands he'd expect us to bet on this river other than missed FDs, so his c/r has little value over c/c'ing.

Yeah that sizing is suspicious too, i think if he was hoping you had a K he would shove thinking your'e never folding. That size just looks like 'plz fold a 10'. Def call this.
