Villain has raised my BB 100% of the time so far (around 9 times and I've folded most of the time). His cbet is only 25% so I wasn't that surprised when he didn't bet. I call here all day Canadian.

Youve got the second nuts hand. KT is probably in his range. But so is A4, AQ, AJ, A8, QJ, etc..

I'd rather 3 bet pre than call. As played you have the nuts don't fold, I'd bet more like 3 dollars on the flop as well.

You have the best hand in your range so you need to call. Nothing wrong with flatting pre.
