Bet closer to pot on flop and turn. 3-betting the flop is an option too, depending on what you think of his minraise.
Block bet river; Qx will check behind.

I felt like I'm often against a higher flush/boat in this spot and didn't want to have to make the decision of whether or not to call him if he pushed over a blocking bet.
Also, how much of a blocking bet do you typically make in spots like these?

What johnny said. I dont know about the river though, I normally c/c here, but a smallish blocking/valuebet might be better. Johnny, how much do you block bet this river for?
