Preflop: Hero is UTG with Q, K.
Hero raises to $1, 3 folds, BB calls $0.75.

Flop: ($2.10) 5, 6, T (2 players)
BB bets $2, Hero raises to $6, BB calls $4.

Turn: ($14.10) 7 (2 players)

i think he would call with a t. After rethinking i think this was a bad spot for a bluff. the only reason i thought a bluff would show longterm profit was, that i have a high foldequity because he showed two times weakness.

I think this is good because his river bet was soo weak, after check-check turn and you have nooo showdown value.

I'm questioning if these aren't spots that where betting the turn are +EV.

One of the reasons for raising the flop is to get a free card at the turn, so calling isn't bad at all.

But since we raised the flop and villain checks turn, we can very often take it down right there on the turn as a semi bluff. I'm always scared that when I check behind on the turn and my draw doesn't complete on the river, I have to either:
1. check behind on the river or fold to a bet.
2. bluff bet/raise the river to win. But as the turn goes check-check, the turn bluff is more likely to get called.

Aren't we raising the flop to pretend we have a set? Aren't we betting the turn with a set?
