Are you looking for something on restealing or not restealing? :P

Tell us more about your re-stealing experiences, maybe post some hands?

dont let those bastards mess with your blinds, 3 bet stuff ahead of their range and nice SCs. when you figure there about to play back settle down a bit.
Flopping quads and boats like its my job

do the opposite of what they want you to do. But at the microstakes restealing should hardly be an issue, you have to make sure your opponent opens wide. Check out their attempt to steal stats/take note on who is positionally aware and play a range that works well vs. it. Look for the guys who fold too much to 3bets or call too much and fold post. I'd have to say only at 50NL can I really 4bet bluff but there may be rare opponents at lower levels.

kmind gave solid advice. i wouldnt concern myself with it too much at low stakes as players aren't 3betting as semi bluffs very often. this is something you learn w/ experience, i didn't really even start to understand the intricacies til i was playing 2/4.

Not all button raises are steal attempts. Pick your battles.
Just playing to improve.

I just do not get the fascination in "defending blinds" in a 100bb eff. stacks game

And I'm (mainly) a sng donk
