I don't bluff much at all in big pots, but thought this was a good time. Do you like it?

SB is a tag around 20/10. I am similar. I haven't gotten out of line really post flop, but have raised a lot pre flop lately. SB took a while to call the turn and even longer (almost timing out) before checking the river. It seemed like he had a draw and/or pair since I expected him to push over on the turn with more then that.

Turn: T ($20, 2 players)
SB bets $10, hero raises to $30, SB calls.

River: 5 ($80, 2 players)
SB checks (about $62 left), hero bets $135

Raising the flop is probably better against a tag...same fold equity and I can maybe get a free river card if called. I thought calling then raising the turn looks more like a flush, and I'd get a read from how much he bet the turn.

renton, are you saying he's not deep enough because he only has a 3/4 pot stack left on the river instead of pot sized or more?

Yes, but more importantly, people at 100nl don't like to lay down hands when almost half their stack is in the pot.
