Vil is 60/18/3 over 100. I was datamining. this is my first hand at table

Am i forced to call given almost 3:1?

No, and against someone with a vpip of 60 i wouldn't 3 bet this preflop. You know they are going to call, and with how passive they are, if they hit any part of the flop they are going to call again, so why bother 3betting this pre against this villain? Although this may be standard against an avg player, i would not do this against a 60/18/3.
