I think hands like AQ/KQ/KJ/AJ of diamonds also make up a big part of his range that you are beating. So you can definitely be ahead of a wide range of hands here.

Definitely definitely raise this flop

As played, definitely don't fold the turn. If the opponent is really aggro you can just call here and call a third barrel or v-bet if he checks.

Turn looks like a push. Lots of combo draws he could have. Also, I would include AA/KK in his range.

How many of these hands does a typical 28/12 player raise when folded to in the SB? How many of these do you guys raise?

I don't like pushing turn that much. It let's TP get away and hero could already be behind. I'd call and call or v-bet river.
