why dont you just let go on the flop with no reads
you could also c/f flop if you wanted to.
what are you repping on turn that wouldnt shove flop?

Implied aren't that huge are they? In fact I think we have reverse implied odds on both the 8's and the spade Q's. Villain's probably not gonna get the stack in on a T987 board without at least a split. Also, since the Q is an overcard to the board he's gonna shut down with a few of the hands that raise the flop.
In general I like folding the flop, especially against unknowns. If we do call the flop, we need to win some pots without hitting the straight. Ie pick of some river bluffs against his flopped pair + draw, perhaps bluff the flush etc.
I don't like bluffing this turn though, I think we get looked up alot here.
