Comments/corrections on all streets welcomed.

Third or so hand at the table so I have no reads on villain.

SB: $63.76
BB: $50.25
Hero (UTG): $49.50
CO: $48.50
BTN: $59.95

Preflop: Hero is dealt 6 6 (5 Players)
Hero raises to $1.75, CO folds, BTN raises to $5.00, 2 folds, Hero calls $3.25

Flop: ($10.75) 7 5 8 (2 Players)
Hero checks, BTN bets $7.00, Hero calls $7.00

Turn: ($24.75) 6 (2 Players)
Hero bets $15.00, BTN raises all-in to $47.95, Hero calls all-in for $22.50
Uncalled bet of $10.45 returned to BTN

Fold preflop after BTN 3bets you, especially with no reads.

Good job on getting it all in, I probably just checkraise allin on turn since he'll be commited with any bet.

he has set odds, definitely an easy PF call for only $3.25 more.

I like it as played. What in his range has you beat? If he has 88 or 99 oh well, we lose too much value folding here as more likely he has an overpair and thinks you do too, or that you have something like AK

I would c/raise the flop and get it all in if called. I often fold to the 3-bet pre-flop though.

If I put villain on an overpair (TT+) aren't we a long way behind to be c/r all in on the flop? I understand the reasons why we would do this but I'm not sure I am prepared to stack off here. At 25nl and even 50nl an overpair is going to call here a lot of the time. Perhaps I just need to lift my aggression?

As played was leading out on the turn the best line to take?

I was berated for this hand by villain (you play so bad blah blah) and wanted to check my line with you guys.

River came a 4d and he showed JJ for a split pot.

I dont like shoving flop because like you said he's not folding an overpair. I think you played this hand well.

I think you played it well, the turn looks pretty scary though for an overpair so I'm suprised he was able to raise all in.
Q.1 If you were villian would you be able to find a fold on the turn given the board?
Q.2 Is it always right to check raise this flop (as other suggested) and get it all in even though you are probably only 40% against an overpair?

Q1. Absolutely but I'm a weak tightie
Q2. Not my preferred line but see answer 1 above.

Thanks for your input guys.
