Villain is an annoying player whose game is based on 3-betting preflop. He's 3-bet me a bunch of times and I've almost always folded; so far not much of an idea as to how he plays postflop. I thought this was some interesting possible spew on my part. I was planning on just check-folding the river. Maybe pushing if a club hits could be good, but probably not with so little behind after my turn bet.
PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $1.00 BB (6 handed) - Poker-Stars Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com

Button ($255.85)
SB ($106.55)

Preflop: Hero is UTG with 9 , 10
Hero bets $3, MP raises to $11, 4 folds, Hero calls $8
Flop: ($24.70) 5 , 10 , 7 (2 players)
Hero checks, MP bets $16, Hero raises to $45, MP calls $29
Turn: ($114.70) 8 (2 players)

i like every street. b/f turn is great because he doesn't raise JJ+ and he may fold a better ten.

we can't b/f when he has a wide 3 bet range, he could shove 89 or stuff like that. i like it alot better if we have AT and it was CO vs BTN, not t9 UTG vs utg+1

i just stoved this hand; if he shoves KK+/XXcc we gotta bet/call the turn because we have 30-38% equity. however if we assume he is usually shoving KK+ on the turn and we get called, we can shove all club/6/9/T/J rivers which hugely increases our EV right? and some percentage of the time (<20%) he folds QJcc/Kxcc to our turn barrel, which is also good.
b/c > b/f

His 3-betting range preflop seems literally to be every playable hand facing a raise since I never saw him call once preflop. I check-raised the flop for value (and a little bit of a tilt after losing a big pot with trips / top kicker against a straight on another table) against someone who's probably betting his full weak range on the flop, and I thought it might allow me to win with the worst hand more often if I bluffed on certain cards after getting called. Partly, I was just tired of his annoying aggression.

I think it's more tilt than value. It's pretty optimistic to think you can get stacks in against worse 250bb deep. I would just c/c the flop. c/r turn as a semi bluff would be a neat play sometimes, but I wouldn't try it against this guy. If he barrels light, I would just c/c it down. I'd just rather not build a pot this deep with tpnk.

I know this type of player.
Your play seems pretty terrible here. Your hand is easily strong enough to check call, once the flop comes, but I honestly think you can fold pre even if his range is "any playable hand." He's prob going to be playing somewhat tight in UTG vs MP. Considering how pretty our hand is and how deep it is I don't fault a call too much though.
As I said, you are strong enough on the flop to c/c, I don't understand turning this into a bluff right away. I could see c/cing the flop, and then donk turn donk river if a club comes on the turn. That would seem like a decent spot to make some better hands fold.
On the turn, i would bet much smaller as played.

I agree with renton.
This makes no sense to me. I'd fold pre, cause I don't think this is gonna play too well OOP, even though you're deep.
As played, your line makes no sense. What hand do you think you're repping here? What hand would you c/r this flop with, that wasn't confident 4betting pre?
If he's so polarized, why would you c/r? He's going to continue with his strong range and fold all his air.
