I usually c/f turn since another overcard came out, but sometimes fire a second barrel. Not sure what you're repping on the river. Maybe spade overcards that made their flush, maybe QJ, but it's pretty tough for him to give you credit for those. If you think you can push him off a one pair hand, I like a bigger bet, like $70ish.

Well most the players are brutal on these sites I play on...they don't know how to read a board properly, so basically I am just betting because it's a scary board and I dont think he can call with less than TP/2pr...

yea i think he shows something like A4 or A3 and just checks it down enough to check-fold the river.

i'm willing to give a pot like that up being oop if he actually bets A3 or whatnot on the river and i don't have other reads.
sometimes i think of something i saw fnord post, "sacrifice a lukewarm hand on the Altar of Position."

folding on the turn might be the best but i tend to call too. maybe even c/r the turn if you feel especially spewy..anyone think c/r somewhere is good?

Genitruc is an unknown quantity at this point
If you think he's floating I think C/C is much better on river.

He's rarely gonna be value-betting an 8x hand on river so he's either got you crushed or bluffing.

One of those spots where the most +ev move is just to read villain's soul after letting him value bet/bluff.

A hand like 888 makes a lot of sense for villain. That or air.
when the vpip's are high and the value bets are like razors, who can be safe?
