Alright, have been using Pokertracker for a while just to check my own stats and haven't really got into the 21/28/44 etc thing...

Aaaaanyway, now I thought I'd start getting to use those stats along with notes taken on players during sessions. I know what it all stands for - VP$IP etc, but all I can tell so far is that 16-20 VP$IP is pretty tight but I'd appreciate if someone could give me some info on what hand range etc to expect from a certain %-range, maybe some more info on Pre-flop raise % and so on.

Sorry if this is already written somewhere, forgot I could search and now that I've written all this down I don't feel like deleting so here you go :P

OMFG that avatar is awesome!
Use pokerstove, you can put in a % and it will give you the top hands in that %-age range, or you can put in a range and it will give you the %age of total hands they make up.

Be sure to take into account position though (if your opp is positionally aware, they'll be raising much more OTB than UTG, and ranges should be adjusted accordingly)
