Villian is not terrible or tricky. He's been running very hot and tends to overvalue his hands. He's the kind of guy that can't lay down TPTK unless he sees a flush on the board. All my money has come from him so far on this table. He hasn't gotten very aggressive with me yet, I have done most of the betting for us.
Question is, could I have played this better at any point? He could easily be betting like this with 72o here. So knowing this, would I be better off playing this more aggressively with him here? With 100bb stacks I would have put him in on the flop. In this scenario I would have folded if he had bet $50+ on the river.
Did I let the fact that he has been running so hot affect my decision making or is this the best line in an unraised pot?

With your description of villian this might have affected your play. However, maybe it is because you had 240+ bbs and you were afraid of a cooler or something.
Raise the turn. If he pushes/re-raise I pay off a cooler here. I dunno if some people would tend to play this safe or careful, but there is no way I am missing out on any value from this kind of player.

If I raise the turn we will be getting all in. Do I want this in an unraised pot?
