How much do you value overs on a low board??

Have been noticing lately alot of guys playing overs like PPs.

I have been suprised as hell to call these guys down with 2nd pair and take a pot or two.

Even had guys trying to buy the pot with KJ, KQ.

A typical line is for them is to min bet every street then panic and check the river. I check behind to see QJ and I take a small pot with my pair of 6s.

I feel comfortable betting and raising with an OESD or FLUSH draw but don't like betting or raising OVERs.

Is this a leak for me??
Why is it a penny for your thoughts but
you have to put your 2 cents in??

Somebody's making a penny!!
