I need some help playing deep stacked poker. 150bb+

I have very little experience at it, but I play $400NL.

In the past I have often left the table when I've doubled up and there are other big stacks at the table that I could potentially lose 200bb+ to in a hand.

here is a hand where i was playing a deep stack at $400NL with AA. earlier he called a pf 3bet by me with 67s and i was in position - we were both deep in that hand too.

here's the hand with AA, this time i'm oop:

villain's stats are: 34/27 over 335 hands.

i played so timidly and scared because i was afraid to stack off here. i ended up getting into a really bad situation.
i bet small on the flop because i felt he would raise me as he did. but now i don't know where he's at. maybe he's bluffing or maybe he's going to stack me with a set. we both check the turn which says he doesn't have a set. but by checking the turn i'm giving free cards for him to out draw me. the turn is a massive scare card. he could have a straight. he could even have a bd flush.
he waited for his timer to run down and then made the bet in the last second. i think this meant he was very strong and wanted a call.
i didn't know enough about him to make the river call.

i think i definitely should have bet the flop properly or 3bet after i'm raised.

how should i play in future when playing deep?

I can't see not stacking off on that flop. Playing with scared money is -EV. Leave the table or move down to stakes where you're comfortable splashing around.

When you're deep and you aren't threebetting a wide range, you really need to threebet a large amount preflop, especially OOP. If i was in your position i'd threebet to 64, at least.

QFT. You need to make your bets larger to negate implied odds.
